Read on to find out more.

An independent and unbiased guide to the world’s ultra-luxury holiday rentals, the Sirreti List acts as a global endorsement that both qualifies and verifies the very highest standards of luxury within the sector. An entity that is much welcomed by discerning travellers who seek increasing levels of excellence and quality when choosing their holiday home.

The Sirreti List creators, Wolf Wörster and Iain Beaumont of The Sirreti Group, took inspiration from the 125-year-old Michelin Guide, and have spent a year creating this accreditation program for the ultra-luxury holiday rental market.

From beachfront villas and lavish penthouses to private estates and exquisite chalets in the world’s finest ski resorts, each property that wants to secure The Sirreti List seal of approval must pass a rigorous accreditation process to prove they are amongst the very best in the world – which is no mean feat!

The Sirreti List accreditation process ensures that each property achieves a threshold of excellence across eight core criteria: location, build, interiors and exteriors, amenities, service, status and price points, reviews and recommendations, digital engagement, and sustainability.

The Sirreti List accreditation panellists are senior professionals with extensive experience in the luxury travel industry. They possess a deep knowledge of VHNW and UHNW guests, luxury holiday rentals and destinations which cater to affluent travellers, allowing them to assess the quality and authenticity of each property that applies for accreditation. Panellists are appointed due to their strict impartiality and integrity, ensuring that there is never a conflict of interest when approving a property to join The Sirreti List.

Chalet LV01 Dolce Vita, an impressive 6 bedroom chalet located in Italy’s high-profile Cortina d’Ampezzo ski resort and Penthouse One in Marbella, Spain, considered to be one of the “most exclusive” penthouses in southern Europe – available at € 85,000 per week – are two of the most recent properties to receive The Sirreti List accreditation.

“The Sirreti List is more than just a directory of ultra-luxury holiday rentals; it is a trusted and vetted resource where travellers know they can find exceptional quality,” said Wolf Wörster, CEO of The Sirreti Group. “We understand that UNHW guests demand so much more than just lavish accommodations, and The Sirreti List is a powerful tool for travellers to use to ensure they can find the very best rental properties across the globe.
